Calabria Region – Information about the area and locations
The main area
where our Bella Calabria developments are located is around the
coastal towns of Brancaleone, Bianco, Bovalino, Locri and Siderno
along the Ionian Sea coastline. This is on the eastern side of Calabria.
It is just a short drive around the coast to reach the main city
from which the region is named, Reggio di Calabria. From here you
have stunning views over the Straights of Messina to the mountains
of Sicily; you can take a short ferry ride across the straights
it takes just a few minutes.

• Final 50% is due on completion (less

• Allow another 2% for other closing costs such as Notary
and Solicitor

rate 3.5% – 3.8%
