Viewing
trips are recommended as the most professional, informative, relaxed
and cost effective way to view the area/s and property effectively
and to have all your very important questions answered.
Initially
you will be met at the airport by one of our highly trained, knowledgeable
and friendly consultants. You will be transferred to your hotel
accommodation which will be of the highest standard (4 star). All
transport, transfers, snacks, meals and drinks during your stay
will be taken care of by your consultant and included in the trip
at no cost to yourself.

Your
consultant will over the course of the two or three day trip,
show you as many properties meeting your budget and criteria
as possible, whilst at the same time introducing you to the
many locations and areas, beaches, the towns and local facilities.
You will be taken to local restaurants for both lunch and
dinner and there will be plenty of breaks during the day for
coffee or snacks.
Whatever
your requirements, the consultant will work as closely as
possible with you to help you find the perfet property, be
it new or resale. We guarantee that nothing will be too much
trouble. |
If
you find a suitable property to purchase and need to open a bank
account, talk to a solicitor or discuss mortgages, all this will
be taken care of during your trip.
If
you are unsure which area you wish to view then we can assist you.
We are one of only very few companies who can offer clients a "split
trip".
This
means if you want to view property in two entirely different areas;
for example in the Costa Blanca North/Costa Calida, Costa Tropical/Almeria,
or even Almeria and Costa Blanca North area, then this will be no
problem. We can arrange for you to view both areas on your trip.
Just advise us when booking so we can allow the maximum duration
of four nights for your trip.
Our
fully inclusive three, four or five day inspection trip includes
the following:
Return flights and transfers to and from the airport in Spain.
4* hotel accommodation for three or four nights on a bed and breakfast
basis.
All meals and drinks during your stay.
The services of a personal consultant, on a one to one basis, to
chauffeur you around the areas, show you property and answer all
your questions.
Air conditioned transport throughout.
Financial and Spanish mortgage advice if required.
Introduction to English speaking solicitors.
Assistance opening bank accounts.
Clients
pay only for the flight, or a contribution towards it, if we have
a special offer at the time.
Cost
of Inspection Trip
For
clients who wish to book and pay for their own flight we offer a
semi-inclusive trip which will include:
4 * hotel accommodation for 3 or 4 nights on a bed and breakfast
basis.
All meals and drinks during your stay.
The services of a personal consultant, on a 1-1 basis, to chauffeur
you around the areas, show you property and answer all your questions.
Air conditioned transport throughout.
Financial and Spanish mortgage advice if required.
Introduction to English speaking solicitors.
Assistance opening bank accounts.
Before
booking flights clients are advised to contact us first so we can
confirm which airport you need to arrive at for your chosen viewing
area. We also need to check that we can arrange accommodation and
transfers for you on the chosen dates.
When
booking flights, please remember that the trip duration will be
for 2 or 3 full days of viewings.
There
is no cost to clients for this semi-inclusive trip. Hotel accommodation,
meals and drinks for a maximum duration of 3 or 4 nights are included.
You are of course welcome to extend your hotel stay beyond this
at your own cost if you wish.
For
clients who prefer to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements
or who wish to combine viewing property with a holiday in the area,
we will organise one, two or three day viewing appointments to fit
in with your trip to Spain. We guarantee the same high level of
service and attention as our inclusive trip clients receive.
| If
you are touring around a number of different areas, this is
no problem for us at all; with offices in all the areas we
cover, we can arrange separate appointments for each area
you wish to view.
Just
let us know the dates and your requirements, we will book
the appointment/s and arrange for your personal consultant
to collect you from your hotel or rental accommodation, alternatively
you are welcome to travel to meet them at the local office
if your location is quite some distance away. |

superb facilities that Spain has to offer; beaches, marinas, towns,
villages, golf areas, restaurants and shops. If you have some special

 Viewing
trips are only suitable for genuine people wishing to inspect property
with a view to purchasing. They are relaxed, enjoyable and interesting,
but may involve a considerable amount of travelling and, as the
daytime itinery will be quite a full one, are therefore not suitable
for any other purpose.
Flight
bookings cannot be confirmed until payment received in full. Unfortunately
once booked and confirmed they cannot be changed, nor payment be
refunded.
Please
ensure that you have adequate travel insurance cover.
Please remember that
some, or all of your finances, need to be in place before booking
a trip depending upon the kind of property you intend to purchase.
